ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The habeas corpus petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the daughter of the petitioner viz., Sowmya aged 17 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The detenue viz., Sowmya aged about 17 years is produced before this Court by the second respondent/Police. 4.

On examination, the detenue aged about 17 years pursuing B.C.A. course stated that she is willing to stay with her parents and the father of the detenue is also present.

Since the detenue has already joined with her parents, there is no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and onsequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
