ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioners dated 22.03.2024 who are Physically Handicapped Government Servants working as Veterinary Assistant Surgeons in Veterinary Dispensaries far away from their native Districts seeking transfer to their native District based on the Guidelines issued by the first Respondent in Government

Letter Ms.No.92/S/09 dated 22.07.2009.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 22.03.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
