This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners pointed out that, Form V dated 04.02.2019 was submitted by one Ezhilarasi. However, in the order dated 10.11.2021 passed in the above Writ Petition, it has been erroneously mentioned that, Form -V dated 04.02.2019 was submitted by the Petitioners. 3.

Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the order dated 10.11.2021 passed in the above Writ Petition are modified to the following effect: "2.

The case of the Petitioners is that, "Lakshmi Bar" was started by their father and one K.Sivakalimuthu and the said Bar is a FL2 licence holder and the licence stands in the names of the Petitioners and the said K.Sivakalimuthu. After the death of the Petitioners' father, one Ezhilarasi submitted Form - V dated 04.02.2019 for recording of the change in the constitution of the Petitioners' Partnership Firm "Lakshmi Bar" and the same Page No.1 of 4

has not yet been considered. Hence, the Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, this Court may issue a direction to the Respondent to consider Form - V dated 04.02.2019 submitted by one Ezhilarasi, for recording of the change in the constitution of the Petitioners' Partnership Firm "Lakshmi Bar" with registration No.211 of 1999, within a reasonable time.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the Respondent to consider Form - V dated 04.02.2019 submitted by the Applicant for recording of the change in the constitution of the Petitioners' Partnership Firm "Lakshmi Bar" with Registration No.211 of 1999, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by this Court, stands unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

Registry is directed to carry out necessary modification in the order dated 10.11.2021 passed in the above Writ Petition and issue fresh copy of the same to the parties.
