CRIME NO.25 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition to appear as and when required instead of appearing once in a week before the respondent at 10.30 a.m as imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6570 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10196 of 2018 order dated 26.04.2018 in Cr.No.25 of 2018 on the file of Respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6570/2018 in Crl.OP.No.10196/2018 dated 26.04.2018. Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners, as on date, are complying with the conditions imposed, the petition is ordered and the conditions are relaxed.
