Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on that the petitioner shall report before the court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6756 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6756 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498-A and 302 of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.62 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
