ORDER

When the matter came up before this Court on 02.09.2016, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to post "for dismissal". Accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter was listed on 05.04.2017 under the caption for dismissal.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.04.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner returnable by 21.04.2017 and list the case on 21.04.2017. Accordingly, the Registry was served the notice on the petitioner.

3. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing today i.e., on 21.04.2017, the name of the petitioner was shown in the cause list, but the petitioners have not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through their counsel. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed for default.
