ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to execute the Bailable Warrant issued on 20.05.2019 by the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.No.747 of 2016 against Mr.Sathish Kumar, who is the proprietor and authorised signatory of M/s.Heaven Engineering.
2. The petitioner is the complainant in a 138 complaint filed against one Mr.Sathish Kumar. Since Mr.Sathish Kumar was evading summons, the learned Magistrate issued a bailable warrant on 20.05.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that this bailable warrant has not been executed till date by the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued on 20.05.2019 by the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai in C.C.No.747 of 2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and produce the respondent before the Court below.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
