ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15510 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the concerned JM daily from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m, and shall further appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the concerned JM daily from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m, and shall further appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
