Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a time frame as directed by this Court in WP.No.24884 of 2008 dated 30.10.2008 and consequently restraining the second and third respondents from in any manner preventing or disturbing the petitioner from carrying on agricultural activities in the land situated in Ayal village in S.No.256/5 to an extent of 2 acres.

Govt.Pleader COMMON ORDER The writ petitions are filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a time frame as directed by this Court in WP.Nos.24884 & 24885 of 2008 dated 30.10.2008 and consequently restraining the second and third respondents from in any manner preventing or disturbing the petitioners from carrying on agricultural activities in the lands situated in Ayal village in S.Nos.256/5 and 256/9 to an extent of 2 acres.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petitions, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioners dated 01.02.2021 and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
