Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to furnish the statement of accounts to the petitioner in respect of the loan granted to the petitioner and details of recovery from the petitioner's salary, rate of interest charged, up to the period of October 2013 as per the representation of petitioner dated 05.10.2013 and not to make any further recovery from December 2013 within a time frame.
