Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to serve notice to the respondents 4 to 6 in the above writ petition in W.P.No.9161 of 2023, by way of substituted service in publishing notice in any one of the 'Tamil Daily' which is in circulation of Chennai and Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed.

5. Post the matter on 18.08.2025.
