2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 19589 of 2022, the C.C.Number has been erroneously stated as "C.C.No.1232 of 2022" instead of "C.C.No.1323 of 2020".

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19589 of 2022 shall read as follows :

"5. It is seen that there are totally 33 accused persons involved in this case, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as 7th accused. The petitioner is the Registered Valuer for the property and he is working in so many banks. While being so, all the accused persons conspired together and on the strength of the valuation certificate disbursed to the tune of Rs.33 Crores. The beneficiaries have failed to repay the said amount, that apart, the crime is of the year 2020. Now, the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore and based on the same, a case was taken on file in C.C.No.1323 of 2020."

4. Time is extended for further one week for executing sureties, from the

date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order. 22.09.2022 Lpp Note: 1.Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
