ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR as against (1) Mr.Melvin, (2) Mr.Maria Sundarajan and (3) Mrs.Melvin in obedience to the order dated 18 June 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1, Poonamallee in CMP 2786 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that FIR has been registered in Crime No.379 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
