CMP No.17568 of 2023 in CMA SR.No.91963 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Before the tribunal, the respondents 5 and 6 remained ex-parte and hence, notice to respondents 5 and 6 was dispensed with vide CMP and Batta SR.No.29681.

Though respondents 1 to 4 have been served privately and their names appear in today's cause list, none has entered appearance.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
