This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12135 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 AM, until further orders. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 13.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P. No. 12135 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
