Thse Civil Miscellaneous Petitiona have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 548 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard Mrs. Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mrs.C. Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent Insurance Company, did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 548 days in filing the above appeals is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and print the name of Mrs.C. Bhuvanasundari as counsel for the third respondent at the time of admission.
