Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time granted to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.10263 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.637 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025, is extended till 18.08.2025, failing which the order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.10263 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.637 of 2025 shall automatically stand cancelled. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
