The instant application to accept the cause-title has been filed mainly on the ground that the 3rd respondent herein got the suit property under the Settlement Deed executed by 1st respondent pending first appeal.

2. In that case, the petitioner has to file an application seeking her impleadment. The petition filed by the petitioner seeking accept the cause-title is not maintainable.
