The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings in both the H.M.O.P.Nos.430 and 155 of 2011 are already disposed of and hence, the present petition may be dismissed as having become Infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
