This petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 12.06.2018 imposed in Cr.M.P.No.3791 of 2018, by the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

2. The petitioner was granted bail in Cr.M.P.No.3791 of 2018 on 12.06.2018 by the Sessions Court, Villupuram, on certain conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should deposit a title deed for a value of Rs.35 lakhs before the Magistrate. This petition has been filed for modifying the aforesaid condition on the ground that the petitioner does not have any immovable property in his name.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no immovable property standing in the name of the petitioner, however, there is an immovable property standing in the name of the petitioner's mother and that since his mother had died, the petitioner and the other legal heirs are willing to submit the same.

5. Accepting the said submission, this Court modifies the condition to the effect that instead of depositing the title deed standing in his name, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the title deed of the property standing in the name of his deceased mother, with the consent of the other legal heirs. Rest of the conditions imposed by the trial Court, shall remain the same.
