Department dated 29.10.2001 and quash the same and consequently consider the date of appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) for promotion as the crucial date for inclusion in the panel for promotion for the year 2013-2014 to the post of Headmaster High Schools and consequently promote the petitioner to the post of Headmaster High School.
