Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.A.Vinothraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to claim and pay the petitioner pension regularly every month with arrears of pension from 01.08.2010 with interest at 9% p.a. to till the month from which pension is paid regularly.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to regular pension and arrears for the subsequent pension amount. In this connection, he has sent representation to the second respondent on 02.06.2025 and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents. 4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate as well as the learned Standing Counsel would fairly submit that the respondents 2/4

would consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
