By inadvertence, in the anticipatory bail order, the expression on proof of payment of deposit" has crept into Paragraph No.7

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the anticipatory bail was granted without any condition to deposit. However, the expression found in Paragraph No.7 gives the impression that this Court has directed a deposit. Hence, the Trial Court was not able to accept the surety.

3. Considering the said fact, the expression in Paragraph No.7 relating to proof of payment stands deleted. The time for complying with the condition and for furnishing the surety is extended up to 12.09.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28.08.2025 nvi To
