This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2023 and direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the affairs of the club and further not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's club.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. This Court carefully went through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. There is not even a single averment in the affidavit that the police are interfering with the running of the club. That apart, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned Additional Public 2/4
Prosecutor that neither the third respondent nor the fourth respondent are the jurisdictional police stations within which the club is situated.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the concerned police is the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station,
5. When the above was brought to the notice of learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel sought for leave/liberty to file a fresh writ petition by making necessary averments in the affidavit and by adding the correct parties as respondents.
