ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Cr.No.74 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this case may be transferred to the third respondent to club and investigate this matter along with Cr.No.14 of 2020, which also sought to be transferred to the third respondent.

It is seen that already the connected case in Cr.No.14 of 2020, the respondent police therein completed investigation and filed charge sheet and hence clubbing of investigation with one agency is not possible 2/4

now. However, the second respondent police is directed to expedite investigation and file charge sheet as early as possible. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
