ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Cr.No.14 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025.

According to learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the accused are highly influenced persons and there may not be fair investigation and hence the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police would submit that as per the directions, further investigation was conducted and charge sheet has also been filed on 26.04.2025 before the jurisdictional Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police, no order could be passed in the present petition seeking transfer of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
