This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29228 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30A.M., until further orders.
2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed on him by order dated 28.01.2020.
