This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' representation dated 10.08.2021 within the time frame for granting of clearance certificate for constructing a dwelling house in their property comprised in Survey No.199/3, (Sub Divided Survey No.199/3D) situated at Pongupalayam Village, Tiruppur North Taluk, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 10.08.2021 seeking No Objection Certificate for constructing dwelling house in their property and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
