ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 25.11.2022 as illegal and without jurisdiction and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and to cancel the TSLR that stands in the name of the 6th respondent and to issue the TSLR in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.A.Senthil Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravi Chander, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 19.09.2023. In view of the same, it will suffice if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to deal with the appeal, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
