This Court while admitting the writ petition on 22.12.2016, an order of interim stay was granted in M.P.No.2 of 2012 in W.P.No.34745 of 2012 and subsequently due to non-compliance of the interim order a contempt petition was filed. Thereafter, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and the petitioner is continuing in service. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the main writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
