ORDER

The Writ Petition has been instituted for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the order bearing No. in with order in G.O. (D) No.1496 Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 15.12.2020 passed by respondent No.1 and quash the same and directing the respondents to release the petitioner immediately under G.O. Ms. No.64 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 1.2.2018.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the convict prisoner No.6445 has been released prematurely by the Government vide G.O.(Ms) No.639 Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 06.12.2023.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
