This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.109 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, Mr.S.Murugesan, Udhiyur Police Station, Tiruppur District is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the investigation in Crime No.109 of 2013 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 31.12.2013 vide RCS.No.25 of 2013 and a Closure Report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
