These miscellaneous petitions are filed to declare the third appellant as major and to discharge the fourth appellant from the guardianship in the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, both the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
