This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.01.2024 for issuance of planning permit and building approval.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.01.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
