CMP.No.14498/2022 in AS.No.266/2013 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and P.B.BALAJI, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] Though this Court vide order dated 28.03.2023, directed the petitioners to deposit cost of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority on that date itself, it is now represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order copy was made ready only after office hours and hence, petitioners could not comply with the conditional order and prayed for extension of time to comply with the said order.

2.Considering the submission made, time is granted to the petitioners till 30.03.2023 to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court dated 28.03.2023.
