ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Deeraj, learned counsel for M/s.PV Law Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2; and, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more.

3. The petitioner seeks directions to remove Mallapuram Village from the domain of Rangappanur Village Panchayat and to classify Mallapuram Village as a Village Panchayat.

4. The relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court. It is for the executive to consider the said aspect.

5. The writ petition, as such, is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
