ORDER

The petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation in Crime No. 1219 of 2018 on the file of the respondent. 1/3

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after carrying out further investigation in this case, the said servant, as well as the articles stolen, remained untraceable. Therefore, the case was closed as undetectable, with a rider that if any new clue or information is received, the same will be reopened.

3. In that view of the matter, the direction as prayed for cannot be granted. However, if the petitioner comes across any new clue or information, he can pass on the same to the respondent. Even otherwise, if the respondent receives any other information, it will always be open for them to reopen the matter and investigate it.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
