ORDER
This writ petition is filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 take immediate steps to shut down the 5th respondent crushing unit situated at S.Nos.92/1B2, 93/3B and 93/13C, Bukkasagaram Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the private respondents submitted that the quarry license itslef was expired on 18.06.2024, hence relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the private respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
