A. No.3712 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioner to issue Subpoena to Ramco. Cements Pvt Ltd. having office at Auras Corporate Centre, 5th Floor, Door No.98A, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore to produce the share certificate for 16000 shares held in the name of I.C.Iswaran, S/o. I.A. Chidambaram Pillai.

2. The petitioner has filed this application on the ground that since the request for succession certificate made by the petitioner has been objected by the respondent, a Subpoena may be issued as prayed for in A. No.3712 of 2021.

3. This Court after giving due consideration to the affidavit filed in support of this application is of the considered view that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if this application is allowed as prayed for, as once the Original share certificates are produced before this Court, the truth will be unearthed. Accordingly, A. No.3712 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to issue Subpoena for Ramco Cements Pvt Ltd., having office at Auras Corporate Centre, 5th Floor, Dor No.98A, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore to produce the share certificates for 16000 shares held in the name of I.C. Iswaran, S/o. I.A. Chidambaram Pillai and

call upon the said Company to produce the share certificates within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 02.12.2021 (3/3) Note : Issue order copy on 03.12.2021 ab/vsi2
