Application No.3713 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioner seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to examine the petitioner in chief and cross in O.P. No.920 of 2019 at the residence of the petitioner viz., No.12/2, First Avenue, Sasthri Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020.

2. The applicant / petitioner is more than eighty years old and due to her old age she has expressed her difficulty to come to this Court and let in evidence and only in those circumstances, she has filed this application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if this application is allowed as prayed for. Accordingly, Mr.V. Lokesh Kumar, Advocate is appointed as learned Advocate Commissioner, F/187, Bharathidasan Street, MMDA Colony, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106 (Mobile No.9789912168) to record the evidence of the petitioner in her residence at No.12/2, First Avenue, Sasthri Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020 and submit a report before this Court on the next hearing date.

4. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall be paid a remuneration of Rs.10,000/- as his remuneration for executing this order.

5. The learned Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court is directed to submit a report along with the evidence recorded on the next hearing date i.e., 05.01.2022.

6. Accordingly, A. No.3713 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for.

7. Registry is directed to issue the Advocate Commissioner's warrant to the Advocate Commissioner on 03.12.2021.
