Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to count the past services rendered by the petitioner in the post of Basic Servant in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District, in Education Department from 19.08.1981 to 02.01.1986 in the present services rendered by the petitioner made in the Agricultural Department under the 2nd respondent for the purpose of Calculating the pension and pensionary benefits and consequently grant the revised pension and arrears of pay and all the consequential pensionary benefits to the petitioner pursuant to the representation dated 10.07.2015 made to the 1st respondent within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the impugned order dated 22.04.2016. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
