The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to amend the cause title and substitute the name as MALCO Energy Limited, Represented by its Director, MS.A.Sumathi, Post Box.4, Mettur Dam, R.S.Salem District, Tamil Nadu-636 402 in place of The Madras Aluminium Co. Ltd., Mettur Dam, Salem-636 402.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents does not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
