This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7925 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9939 of 2023 on 16.06.2023 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
