As per the order of this Court dated 21.02.2012, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of E.P.No.169 of 2009 in A.R.No.137 of 2008, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Neyveli, within a period of two weeks from the date of order. It is seen that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition. Hence, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further in the case.

2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
