This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, in Dis.No.2251 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.16173 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 22.06.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.125 of 2014, within a period of six months. However, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur has sent communication dated 14.02.2019 in Dis.No.2251 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.125 of 2014 and sought further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case.
