This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10802 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police 10.30.a.m., weekly once ie., Monday until further orders and 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner is modified and the 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 02.08.2023 sma https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
