Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to order passed by 5th respondent in Na.Ka.A9/949/2022 dated 23.05.2022 terminating petitioner's service as Block Coordinator, Nemili Block, Ranipet District and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner service as from the date of his initial appointment with all monetary and service benefits.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to order passed by 5th respondent in Na.Ka.A9/949/2022 dated 23.05.2022 terminating petitioner's service as Block Coordinator, Nemili Block, Ranipet District and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner service as from the date of his initial appointment with all monetary and service benefits.

2. The learned earlier Counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the entire case bundle has been handed over to the petitioner along with Change of Vakalat. Even till today, the petitioner did not engage any counsel to lead before this Court on behalf of the petitioner.

3. This case is posted today no one appeared for the petitioner either in person or through Pleader. Therefore, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ petition.

4. In view of the above submission and facts, this Writ Petition is 3/6

dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
