The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of order and decree in R.L.T.O.P.No.755 of 2021 dated 11.01.2023, is ordered for the present. 2.The learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submitted that in this case the petitioner suffered an order of eviction in R.L.T.O.P.No.755 of 2021 dated 11.01.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner preferred an appeal in R.L.T.A.No.64 of 2023 and the same was dismissed by the Lower Court on 04.07.2024, confirming the order passed in R.L.T.O.P.No.755 of 2021 dated 11.01.2023. In the meanwhile, the respondent/landlord filed E.P.No.242 of 2023. Now the respondent/landlord is pressing for the E.P, which was filed earlier and kept pending.
