ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.84 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 311 of BNS @ 309(6), 310(2), 312, 331(6) of BNS. Page No.1 of 3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant using deadly weapons and snatched 8 sovereign of gold jewels and Rs.15,000/- cash from the defacto complainant's in-laws.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
