The present criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.4264 of 2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent for further investigation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.4264 of 2011, after completion of investigation, the case was closed and the closure report was also served on the petitioner on 08.04.2012.
